Meet Our Pastor & Co- Pastor.
Rev. Antonio Bennett (Left)
Reverend Bennet known as, “The People’s Pastor” is currently working on a Masters of Social Work and is currently employed as a Philadelphia Police Officer.
Prior to this Rev. Bennett was the Vice Principal of Vision Quest Lee Preparatory Academy Vocational High School. Reverend Bennett is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University graduating in 2 1/2 yrs with a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice. While in college he won a Division Basketball Championship. Reverend Bennett is also classically trained in saxophone; he plays soprano, alto, and baritone saxophone. He also enjoys playing piano and drums.
One of his favorite scriptures is 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 which states “ We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down but not destroyed; Rev. Bennett believes even when we go through hard times, and things become uncertain in our lives, if we stay connected to God He will carry us through and give us the victory!
Rev. Antonio Bennett is the Pastor and Founder of New Life Christian Fellowship Baptist Church located in the inner city of Philadelphia. Under Reverend Bennett’s leadership the church has grown significantly and has done numerous Evangelism outreaches in urban communities.
Reverend Juwan Z. Bennett (Right)
Rev. Juwan Z. Bennett serves as the Co-Pastor and is the Co-Founder of the New Life Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. Reverend Juwan Z. Bennett is a Professor in the Criminal Justice Department at Temple University. He also serves as the director for the Temple University Urban Youth Leadership Academy, a program designed to equip the next generation of leaders.
